ORDER RELATED

1. Where are all the rental products listed in the website?

All the products along with the detailed information is listed in our ‘PRODUCTS’ section. Incase you want any other products or have any query related to the products, feel free to drop us a mail at info@renzilla.in or you can simply call our team.


2. What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 6 months.


3. When will the rental period start?

The rental period for the products will start from the date of installation at your given address.


4. If I want to end my rental period before the confirmed tenure, do I have to pay any charges?

You have to pay additional charges if you want to close the rental agreement within first 6 months. Beyond 6 months, you must give us 14 days prior notice over mail at info@renzilla.in with the reason of cancellation and we must approve the request for cancelling the rental period in order to avoid any charges.

0-6 months Pay the rental amount for the balance months till 6 months
Beyond 6 months If notice is given within the stipulated timeframe, then no charges are applicable
Beyond 6 months If notice is not given within timeframe, then 1 month rental amount needs to be paid


5. Can I cancel my order after I have placed the order?

Obviously, you can! But we would really appreciate if you can state us the reason for cancelling the order. You can cancel the order within 48 hours from our website (My Account- Order History- Cancel My Order). Post 48 hours and before we deliver your order, you can cancel the order over phone, simply get in touch with our Team.


6. Do we have to pay any Security Deposit?

Yes, you have to pay twice the monthly rental amount as Refundable Security Deposit which will be refunded after we have taken the furniture.

DELIVERY

1. Is there any delivery and installation charges?

There is no delivery and installation charges within Kolkata. Although, customer needs to bear the lifting charges, which will vary order to order basis. The lifting charges will be informed to you before we deliver the product.


2. When can I expect delivery of the products I ordered?

You can expect the products at your location within 10 working days after we have confirmed the order. However, we will update you with the order status from time to time basis.


3. Incase I want to change the delivery date and time? Can I do that?

Yes sure, you just have to inform us 24 hours prior to the delivery time, so that we can reschedule as per your convenience.


4. Can I appoint a representative who can be present on my behalf at the time of delivery and installation?

You can appoint a representative in case you fail to be available at the time of delivery. However, the same needs to be informed to us 24hrs prior to the delivery by via mail along with the soft copy of the ID proof of your representative. The representative needs to show the original ID proof along with the copy of the mail at the time of accepting delivery.

PAYMENT

1. How do I do my Rental payment?

You can pay us the monthly rent by 5th day of every month in order to avoid the late fee charges. The rental amount shall be paid by you via Cash/Bhim/UPI/ Paytm/GPay/ Bank Account transfer.


2. What are the late fee charges?

Yes, late fee of 25% per month will be applicable on the pending amount on pro-rata basis. If the pending amount has not been paid for 3 months, then we reserve the right to take back the product.

RENTAL SERVICES

1. How can I return the product which has defect?

We apologize for such situation! You have to call our Team and inform the issue. We will replace or try to resolve the issue. If there is a major defect then we will give you an option to either return the products against which you will receive ‘Zilla Points’ which can be redeemed against any other products or we replace the same product.


2. Can I transfer my subscription?

Yes, you just have to inform us by sending us an official mail at info@renzilla.in or call our team.


3. Do I need to place bulk orders online or offline?

We will accept bulk orders over offline mode, you simply call our team with your requirement or drop us an email. Our Team Representative will get in touch with you.


4. What happens if I damage or break the products?

Our Team will assess the level of damage and will inform you whether that damage covers our policy or not. Any damage that makes the product dysfunctional is chargeable.


5. How can I swap my products?

As soon as you complete 6 months with us, the swap option will get activated in your account. Simply choose the product with you want and hola!! It’s yours. Keep giving new look to your space once in every 12 months.


6. Can I buy the rented products?

Yes, we have an option of Rent-to-Buy, provided you have rented that product for atleast 6 months. Simply pay us the difference amount and we will close the rental contract with you.
